When you stop for a cup of coffee in the Plaza Circle you can look at the entrances to each of the five original "lands" ringing about you, beackoning you to embark on any number of adventures. During Christmas, when it is overcast and cold, as it was this past December when I visited, if you squint in order to hide the greenerey of the trees, you can almost imagine that it is snowing and the Magic KIngdom is under a blanket of white. In the center of the Circle, a statue of Walt, and his right hand mouse, Mickey stand waving at the guests. The statue is called "Partners" and will forever let everyone know who started the dream of the Magic KIngdom.


The idea of a snow covered Main Street can almost be visualized in this shot up Main Street from the Plaza.	Walt and Mickey greet park visitors in the center of the Disneyland Plaza.

I sit down to enjoy a cheese filled croissant and a cafe latte at the patio in the Carnation Plaza part of Plaza Circle before visiting any of the attractions.
