Life Is An Unwritten Poem In a Desk
Life is an unwritten poem in a desk
Emotion is one written poem on the wall
Feeling is poems torn from lifes little book
And if we were older we could write down all
Thirty-six lines will tell of birth
And schooling
Times of childhood joys and fears.
Five stanzas will relate the highschool
Experience
Through cheerleading stunts
And illegal beers.
A thousand books will never close
The raging passions in the heart
Confronted with the loves of time
And fleeting hopes throughout the years.
When the lines are written
Which will serve to end the poem
The reader will laugh and cry
And swim home through his tears.
