A Poem
I saw you in a dream last night And angels told me how youused to be You were my painting of life A virtuous facade telling stories But someone told me You were getting married I said, "oh" and remembered. Why did you become real ? I never loved you, no But I was saving you For dessert. Now years later I'll face up And old paint cracks So I have to paint a new canvas
