Title Tune

The phono spins itself around itself
Giving its repetitious chords to the world
Black disc monotonously twirling round
The only thing keeping it steady is the spindle
Around and around it turns around
Music floating aimlessly from the speakers

She sings the title tune again

Lovers embracing charms for charms
Making another game fit to play
Listening to that ephemeral black disc
Clicking and singing and clicking and singing
Over and over again
Erratically keeping the beat

She sings the title tune again

Arms entwining, clothes are shedding
The lovers cannot stand it no longer
Foreplay shouldn't be endorsed here
Let's get going shall we huh
The needle is jumping but what the hell
They can't stop either
                                either
                                either
She sings the title tune again
