In 1981 I wrote 15 or 16 poems.

A bleak year, excepting for a brief burst around the end of my 28th birthday (10 years out of highschool). I detailed my existence in a series of 10 poems written during one day, sort of a "day in the life" series. After this lone burst of creativity, I petered out, and some of the untitled "poems on the door" rhymes came at a time when I was deep in depression both at work and at home, further fueled by alcohol and drugs.
