"Betty with Classic Auto" : Composite created 12/13/08 by Michael F. Nyiri

In December of 2008 I created a new batch of Betty Boop composites using entirely new photographs taken with my year old 7.2 megapixel camera. This image looks rather simple, but actually uses three elements. Besides Betty, whose skirt has been colorized, there is the car, from my Culver City Kustoms series, and the streetside buildings are from my Downtown L.A. project, and were positioned to appear as if they belonged in this image.. .
